Storage conditions
It should be kept closed in its original packaging, in a dry place and on a pallet.
Advantages
Due to its chemical structure, it does not create bacteria, mold and fungus. It has fire retardant properties due to the water in its structure. It is sound absorbing because it has a porous structure. It is a building material with low thermal conductivity. It balances the humidity of the environment and creates a healthy environment. The length of the processing time provides comfortable and waste-free application.
Application Surface Features
Application ambient temperature should be minimum + 5 ºC. Substances that prevent adhesion (dust, oil, etc.) on the application surface are cleaned. Dry, hot and highly absorbent surfaces should be wetted with water before application. Plaster mesh should be used to prevent cracking at the junctions of different materials. The surface of smooth-surfaced ceilings should be roughened before plaster application or primed with a material that ensures the mortar adheres to the surface. Pan applications should be done thinly and in one layer.
Preparation of Mortar
Water appropriate to the amount of mortar is poured into a clean container (water / plaster ratio: 10 kg ALL Perlite Plaster is added to 6 liters of water). ALL Hand Applied Plaster is sprinkled on water. Wait 1-2 minutes for the mortar to fully contact the plaster and water and sink. The mortar obtained after mixing is ready for use. The mortar should be used within 70-80 minutes.
APPLICATION
The smoothness of the surface to be applied is checked, and the plaster thickness is determined according to the surface smoothness. Anos suitable for the thickness of the plaster are placed. Mortar is applied to the surface with a trowel or plaster shovel. The surface is leveled and excess mortar is removed from the surface. The surface is smoothed with a steel trowel after 45 minutes to obtain a shiny surface. Before painting, ALL Thin Applicable Plaster is applied to the surface.
Shelf life
6 months from the date of production.
